Black, white, and grey are easily available. - Does it have a noticeable impact on the vibrancy of the base coat? A great part of my interest in painting is the super attention to details and on these plastic mini's there are so many fine details I worry that I will lose them if I prime, base coat, and paint more. While I like using a white primer for most things, I'd love it if Reaper also did a black brush-on. If they're minis you want to paint to display level, or practice getting smooth blending results, I'd probably strip and start over.
